PERODUA has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of corruption by its employees or companies acting for or on behalf of PERODUA. The Policy reflects our commitment to combat unethical practices. The Board of Directors and the Management have crafted policies and procedures to detect unethical practices as we are dedicated to eliminating any form of corruption.

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption

It is our commitment to conduct our businesses without any form of bribery or corruption. We adopt a zero-tolerance approach to such behaviour from employees, business partners, or agents.

This policy also includes a number of laws, including those under the MACC Act which addresses the definition and examples of bribery, fraud, and corruption issues.

No Gift Policy

Perodua’s No Gift Policy strictly prohibits all PERODUA employees from giving or accepting gifts. This is to avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of such conflicts for either party.
