Perodua offers assistance to flood-affected customers
Kuala Lumpur, 19 Dec: Perodua is offering assistance, including towing service rebates, discounts on selected spare parts and free inspections for Perodua vehicles, to all Perodua vehicle owners who were affected by floods.
As of 19 December 2021 parts of Selangor, Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang were affected by floods.
"Our customers are very important to us and this value-added services are provided to help relieve some of the burden our customers have to deal with during this disaster," said Perodua President & Chief Executive Officer, Dato' Zainal Abidin Ahmad.
"While a few of our service centres are also affected by the floods, our customers are encourage to refer to any of our service outlets throughout Malaysia for assistance."
"We are doing our best to resume our operations (at the affected areas) as quick as possible," he added.
On the assistance given, Perodua customers can claim towing service up to a maximum of RM100 at the nearest Perodua service outlets with terms and conditions apply.
In addition, Perodua is also offering 20% off on selected spare parts to Perodua owners whose vehicles are damaged due to floods.
"Our genuine spare parts come with a manufacturer's warranty and we ask our customers to not use any imitation parts as this may affect the performance of their vehicles," said Dato' Zainal.
The parts includes all electronics items, engine overhaul gaskets, vehicle seats, door trim and carpet.
Perodua customers, whose vehicles have been damaged by flood are encouraged to call Perodua's toll free customer care line at 1-800-88-5555 for towing assistance (terms and conditions apply).
Perodua tawar bantuan untuk pemilik yang terjejas akibat banjir
Kuala Lumpur, 19 Dis: Perodua menawarkan bantuan, termasuk rebat perkhidmatan tunda kenderaan, diskaun ke atas alat-alat ganti terpilih dan pemeriksaan percuma kenderaan kepada semua pemilik kenderaan Perodua yang terjejas akibat banjir.
Setakat 19 Disember 2021, beberapa bahagian di Selangor, Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Kelantan, Terengganu dan Pahang telah terkesan akibat banjir.
“Para pelanggan kami amat penting buat kami dan perkhidmatan tambah nilai ini disediakan bagi membantu meringankan sedikit beban yang dihadapi oleh mereka semasa bencana ini,” kata Presiden & Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Perodua, Dato’ Zainal Abidin Ahmad.
“Walaupun beberapa pusat servis kami turut terjejas akibat banjir, para pelanggan kami amat dialu-alukan untuk merujuk mana-mana cawangan perkhidmatan kami yang lain di seluruh Malaysia untuk mendapatkan bantuan.”
“Kami sedang melakukan yang terbaik untuk menyambung semula operasi kami (di kawasan terjejas) secepat mungkin,” tambah beliau lagi.
Mengenai bantuan yang diberikan, pelanggan Perodua boleh membuat tuntutan untuk perkhidmatan menunda kenderaan maksimum sehingga RM100 di pusat servis Perodua berhampiran mengikut kepada terma dan syarat.
Selain itu, Perodua juga turut menawarkan potongan 20% untuk alat-alat ganti terpilih kepada pemilik Perodua yang kenderaan mereka rosak akibat banjir.
"Alat-alat ganti tulen kami disertakan dengan jaminan pengeluar dan kami meminta para pelanggan kami untuk tidak menggunakan sebarang alat ganti tiruan kerana ini boleh menjejaskan prestasi kenderaan mereka," kata Dato’ Zainal .
Alat-alat ganti tersebut termasuk semua barangan elektronik, gasket baik pulih enjin, tempat duduk kenderaan, kemasan pintu dan permaidani.
Pelanggan Perodua, yang kenderaannya mengalami kerosakan akibat banjir digalakkan untuk menghubungi talian perkhidmatan pelanggan bebas tol Perodua di 1-800-88-5555 untuk bantuan menunda (tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat).
