We—at Perodua—have pledged ourselves towards upholding the highest standards of labour rights, which covers all Perodua employees, parts component vendors, dealers, and business partners.

Forced And Child Labour
Perodua rejects all forms of forced, involuntary, and child labour, including slavery/human trafficking.

This minimum age for employment is guided by the Children & Young Persons (Employment) Act 1966 and Perodua Policy (Recruitment & Selection).
Wage, Benefits, And Welfare
Perodua observes and adheres to the latest minimum wage order as gazetted by the Government.

Perodua complies with the prevailing Employment Act 1955 on minimum employment requirements, e.g. working hours, rest days, overtime payment, etc.
Freedom of Association &
Collective Bargaining
Perodua respects the employees’ rights to freely associate and form lawful unions or workers’ associations and to bargain collectively in the condition that the associations adhere to the law, act, and company’s regulation.
Diversity & Inclusion
Perodua does not discriminate against its employees in terms of hiring, compensating, promoting and terminating, in accordance with the Malaysian Employment Law.
